2k10 - In the Pursuit....

2k09 ended the way it ended as last posted.
2k10 comes in fresh & new with the 'reset' button. Gotta take advantage of the opportunities & the clean slate. Everyones on the same playing field; just depends on where I take it, what level.

Goodbye 2009 - Aint no love in the heart of the city

I don't know about yours but my 09 was a kings dominion circa 1995 rollercoaster - the greats & the "can't believe its not butter oh no's!":-/ All "good" stories start with it so here is the standard - Love, Hustle, Lifes path called Destiny.
A year starting out on new levels found me getting deeper & more concerned for my daily 401k growing, 5+ year, living the life mentallity in Alexandria Va. Cool - postponing secular business ventures to pursue the secure daily grind of private industry america (PIA) at that point, I was unsure if that was a positive or negative.
I married the love of my life that March & began my new chapter, refocussed on making family life a priority, communication, teamwork, patience were the essentials to me. All skills that fell short in August of 09 just prior to purchasing our first home, and swirled down the unemployment pitfall. 5 months of doubt, anger, relief, assurance, relaxation & ultimately the sense of loss at the close of 09.
2010 is ushering in the year of rebound recession for me. New years resolutions, yet opportunities for 2010 swoom as higher callings than just typical "losing weight" and "stop smoking" resolutions. 2010, if judged played & manipulated correctly, will be the year for young eager Go getters will get our piece of the American dream of owning your own destiny while here on earth & maybe beyond through family generations.
Ya never know, 2009 was different but definitely worth the wait for 2010.
